How can you possibly quit smoking without some kind of nicotine replacement therapy?
One of the main reasons I came up with my own way of quitting smoking, which I eventually turned into Quit in 7 Days to help others, was because I had tried all of the nicotine replacement products including the gums, patches, lozenges, sprays, etc. and none of them had worked for me.
I think that those products only prolong the dependence on nicotine, and you can see that many times this is the case by looking at the number of smokers who try to use these products and ultimately fail to quit smoking.
That’s why the Quit in 7 Days system doesn’t require or use any kind of nicotine replacement products.
Does your system use any kind of hypnotism?
Before coming up with Quit in 7 Days, I had also tried hypnotism to end my smoking and nicotine dependence without success. My system doesn’t use any kind of hypnotism.
How is Quit in 7 Days any different from all of the other books and articles I’ve read?
I designed my system after spending many months reading and researching some of the top addiction textbooks and resources. Some of these books cost $150 or more, and I bought many different books. In fact, I spent around $800 on these books because by that point I was desperate to quit smoking.
But I noticed that the authors didn’t treat smoking the same way they treated other highly addictive substances, such as cocaine and heroin. So, I took all of the new information I had and came up with my own plan to end my nicotine dependence.
I’ve read all of the books that are out there on how to quit smoking. Some of them had some really good information, but some of them were a downright waste of money. Either way, none of them had been able to help me stop smoking.
Many books and websites recommend some kind of nicotine replacement therapy, which I’ve already discussed on this page.
My system is the only thing that was able to make me stop smoking, and I’ve never seen anything else like it. It is designed to break your nicotine dependence over a seven-day period using knowledge I gained from the top addiction specialists and researchers in the world.
